クロセナカヤブシタナガー（Urothraupis stolzmanni）は、エクアドル・ペルーからボリビアにかけて、海抜3,000メートル以上のアンデス高山草地や低木林縁部に生息する特徴的な高山性タナガーです。真っ黒な上面が白い下面と際立ったコントラストをなし、開放的で寒冷な高アンデス地帯のみに見られます。小群でイネ科草地植生に生育する種子、果実、昆虫を採食します。アンデスのタナガーの中で際立ったコントラストの羽衣は珍しく、安定した高アンデス個体群を持つ軽度懸念種に指定されています。
