アテリジウム・アウランティアクム(Athelidium aurantiacum)はオレンジ色を帯びた薄い蝋状の子実体を腐朽木上に形成するコルチコイド担子菌類で、湿潤な温帯林の倒木・枝の下面に生育する。セルロースとリグニンの酵素分解を通じて枯れ木の分解に貢献する腐生菌である。鮮やかな橙色の子実体は林床の朽ち木上でよく目立つが、分類学的位置付けは比較的最近確立された種である。
