アルンディニバクター・ロセウス（Arundinibacter roseus）はヨシ群落（葦原）から単離されたピンク色素産生グラム陰性細菌で、その属名はラテン語でヨシを意味するArunDoに由来する。淡水湿地・ヨシ原などの水生大型植物と関連した環境に生育し、浅い水生環境での光傷害に対する防御として薔薇色の色素を産生すると考えられている。湿地生態系の物質循環を支える微生物の一つである。
