Rhizobium grahamii es una bacteria gramnegativa fijadora de nitrogeno que forma nodulos radicales en plantas leguminosas. Habita la rizosfera y los nodulos radicales de diversas especies de leguminosas, incluidas Dalea y Leucaena en regiones mesoamericanas.
