The Chinese Shrew (Sorex sinalis) is a species in the genus Sorex. It is currently classified as Data Deficient on the IUCN Red List.
Sphingobacterium cladoniae is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium first isolated from the lichen Cladonia. It inhabits lichen thalli and associated substrates in temperate and boreal environments. This bacterium may play roles in nutrient cycling within the lichen microbiome, degrading organic compounds from algal and fungal lichen components.
