Clastidium setigerum is a filamentous cyanobacterium in the family Clastidiaceae, characterized by producing tapering filaments anchored to substrates by a basal holdfast cell. Its single, hair-like trichome ending in a long colorless hair is a distinctive morphological feature of this genus.
