The Chacoan Peccary (Catagonus wagneri) is a species in the genus Catagonus. It is currently classified as Endangered on the IUCN Red List.
Sphingomonas flava is a yellow-pigmented, gram-negative bacterium in the family Sphingomonadaceae. It inhabits soil and freshwater environments and, like other members of the genus, possesses sphingolipids in its outer membrane that distinguish it from most other gram-negative bacteria. Its conservation status is not evaluated.
