Entoloma versatile is a small to medium-sized Entoloma mushroom with variable coloration in shades of grey, brown, or olive, and the characteristic pink spore print of the genus. Near Threatened, its rarity is linked to the decline of ancient, unimproved grasslands under agricultural intensification.
