Altererythrobacter fulvus is a species in the genus Altererythrobacter. Native to Asia, inhabiting ecosystems characteristic of the region.
Altererythrobacter ishigakiensis is a Gram-negative, aerobic bacterium isolated from the Ishigaki Islands of Japan, belonging to the family Erythrobacteraceae. It inhabits marine coastal and possibly soil environments in tropical island settings. Like other Altererythrobacter species, it produces carotenoid pigments and may play roles in carbon cycling in subtropical marine ecosystems.
