白胁穿花鸟（Diglossa albilatera）是栖息于哥伦比亚至玻利维亚安第斯云雾林和林缘的中型穿花雀，具有深灰蓝色羽毛与独特白色胁斑的鲜明对比。与所有穿花雀一样，其尖锐钩状微上翘的喙可刺穿管状花基部盗取花蜜而不授粉，因此有「蜜贼」之名。见于海拔1,500至3,500米，在安第斯花园和林缘常能见到。
