About

黑犀（Diceros bicornis）是非洲最濒危的大型哺乳动物之一，体重可达1,400千克，栖息于东非和南非的稀树草原、灌木丛及高地森林。与白犀不同，其尖形可伸展的上唇专为取食灌木而演化。由于非法野生动物贸易中角价格极高，自1960年以来因偷猎导致种群数量减少97.6%，被列为极危（CR）物种。保育工作已使其种群出现一定程度的恢复。
