Streptomyces griseoviridis is a gram-positive actinobacterium in the family Streptomycetaceae, producing grey-green aerial mycelium and spores. It is a soil-dwelling organism known for producing bioactive secondary metabolites and has been investigated for biocontrol of soilborne plant pathogens. Its conservation status is not evaluated.
