The (Burkholderia dolosa) is a species in the genus Burkholderia. Native to Asia, inhabiting ecosystems characteristic of the region.
Burkholderia ubonensis is a Gram-negative, soil-dwelling bacterium first isolated from rice paddies in Ubon Ratchathani province, Thailand. It inhabits tropical paddy soils and agricultural environments of Southeast Asia. This aerobic chemoheterotroph decomposes organic matter in waterlogged rice cultivation soils.
