Sistotremella perpusilla is a very small corticioid fungus in the family Hydnodontaceae, assessed as Least Concern (LC). It forms thin, resupinate fruiting bodies on decaying wood in moist forest habitats. The species is typically found on fine woody debris on the forest floor.
