Rhizobium multihospitium e uma alfaproteobacteria fixadora de nitrogenio da familia Rhizobiaceae com uma amplitude de hospedeiros invulgarmente ampla, capaz de nodular multiplas especies de leguminosas. Seu nome refere-se a sua capacidade de estabelecer simbioses com muitas plantas hospedeiras. Foi isolada de nodulos radiculares na China e contribui para a fixacao biologica de nitrogenio em ecossistemas agricolas e naturais com diversas leguminosas.
