Leproplaca cirrochroa é um líquen crustoso da família Teloschistaceae, avaliado como Quase Ameaçado (NT). Cresce sobre superfícies rochosas ricas em nutrientes e casca de árvores, frequentemente em habitats costeiros ou abrigados. Como outros membros do gênero, produz talos de cor laranja-amarela brilhante a partir de pigmentos de antraquinona.
