Populations are also found in montane and highland environments at higher elevations.

Percorre longas distancias ate lambedouros de argila onde consome solo rico em minerais para desintoxicar sementes. Classificada como Pouco Preocupante, mas localmente ameacada pela perda de habitat e pelo comercio de animais de estimacao.
