O caneleiro-cinzento (Pachyramphus rufus) é um tiranídeo sul-americano de médio porte. O macho exibe plumagem cinza uniforme com asas e cauda mais escuras, enquanto a fêmea é parda-avermelhada acima com partes inferiores amareladas. Habita bordas de florestas tropicais, matas ciliares e áreas abertas arborizadas na América do Sul, especialmente na bacia amazônica e regiões adjacentes. Constrói ninhos fechados suspensos em galhos. Alimenta-se de insetos e pequenos frutos.
