Euphorbia milii is extremely drought-tolerant and thrives in warm, dry conditions with minimal watering, making it well suited to indoor cultivation and tropical to subtropical outdoor gardens. Like all Euphorbia species, it produces a milky latex sap that is irritating to skin and toxic if ingested, requiring careful handling.
