Cetraria sepincola é um líquen foliáceo-fruticuloso pertencente à família Parmeliaceae. Possui talo achatado a levemente lobado de coloração verde-acinzentada a parda. Cresce sobre cascas de arbustos e árvores, especialmente em Salix e Betula, em regiões temperadas e boreais do hemisfério norte.
