Widely distributed across Africa (South Africa), Asia (4 countries), Europe (11 countries), North America (Saint Lucia, United States), Oceania and the Pacific (Australia, Marshall Islands, New Zealand), and South America (Colombia, Ecuador).
Komodo Dragon
Found across multiple habitat types including tropical and subtropical moist broadleaf forests, tropical and subtropical dry broadleaf forests, and tropical and subtropical grasslands and savannas, among 4 distinct biome types spanning the Australasia and Indomalayan realms. Populations are also found in montane and highland environments at higher elevations.

Indian Peafowl
인도 아대륙 원산으로 세계 각지에 도입된 인도공작은 크고 무거운 새로, 수컷(공작)은 최대 150개의 깃털로 이루어진 화려한 무지갯빛 꼬리 장식을 포함해 2.3미터에 달한다. 꼬리 장식의 정교한 눈 모양 무늬는 꼬리 길이와 대칭성을 통해 수컷의 품질을 평가하는 암컷의 성 선택 결과이다. 수컷은 극적인 구애 과시에서 깃털을 펴고 떨어댄다. 인도의 국조이다.
