Cortinarius salor는 끈적한 청보라색 갓과 포자가 발달하면서 녹슨 갈색으로 성숙하는 연한 아가미가 특징인 거미집버섯이다. 유럽 온대림에서 특히 너도밤나무와 같은 활엽수와 외균근 공생을 형성한다. 취약 종으로 분류되어 성숙하고 교란되지 않은 낙엽수림의 소실로 위협받고 있다.
