Buckelwal

Planktothrix prolifica는 Phormidiaceae과에 속하는 사상성 남세균으로, 담수 호수의 수층에서 곧고 분지되지 않은 트리콤을 형성한다. 일부 Planktothrix 종은 사이아노독소를 생성하는 것으로 알려져 있어 생태학적, 공중 보건학적 관심 대상이다. 보전 상태는 평가되지 않았다.
