Navicula reichardianaはNaviculaceae科に属する羽状珪藻で、直線状の縫合線と両側対称の条線パターンを持つ槍形から楕円形の殻が特徴である。堆積物表面や水没した基質に生育する淡水底生環境に生息する。多くのNavicula種と同様に、淡水生態評価における水質の生物指標として利用される。

Navicula streckeraeはNaviculaceae科に属する淡水珪藻で、ヨーロッパの淡水生息地から記載され、珪藻学者Regine Steckerにちなんで命名された。河川と湖沼の底生および水草ニッチに生息する。
