Dyadobacter jiangsuensisはCytophagaceae科に属するグラム陰性のオレンジ色色素を持つ細菌で、中国・江蘇省の土壌サンプルから初めて分離されました。好気性で桿菌型、非運動性であり、土壌環境で多糖類を分解する能力を持ちます。Dyadobacter属は陸域および淡水域の生息地に広く分布する多様なBacteroidetes門の一部です。
