シロクロタネクイ（Sporophila luctuosa）は、コロンビアからボリビアにかけてのアンデスの草地、森林縁辺、農園日陰などの開放・半開放生息地に生息する、雄が鮮やかな黒白模様を持つ小型のタネクイです。雄の真っ黒な上面と翼が白い下面と際立ったコントラストをなします。最も際立った模様を持つSporophila属の一つです。雌は地味な茶色と黄褐色です。草の種子を食べ、雄の模様と歌のため一部でケージバードとして飼育されます。
