Anabaenopsis circularis is a filamentous cyanobacterium in the family Aphanizomenonaceae that forms circular or ring-shaped trichomes with terminal heterocysts. It inhabits freshwater and brackish environments and is capable of biological nitrogen fixation. Its conservation status is not evaluated.
