Colpoma juniperi es un hongo ascomiceto que produce apotecios estrechos en forma de hendidura bajo la corteza de los enebros. Crece sobre ramas muertas y en declive de especies de Juniperus en ambientes templados y mediterráneos de Europa y Asia occidental. Este hongo débilmente patogénico a saprotrópico descompone la madera y el tejido cortical muerto del enebro.
