Mycena belliae es un pequeno y delicado hongo bonete del genero Mycena, con un pileo palido y semitransparente y un estipe esbelto. Crece sobre musgos en descomposicion y hojarasca adyacente en bosques templados europeos y habitats humedos. Este hongo saprotrofico descompone tejido de briofitos y detritos vegetales asociados en ambientes forestales humedos.
