Usnea cornuta es un liquen fruticuloso de la familia Parmeliaceae, evaluado como Casi Amenazado (NT). Forma talos arbustivos y ramificados que cuelgan de ramas y ramitas de árboles, típicamente en entornos forestales húmedos.
