El inseparable de Fischer (Agapornis fischeri) es un loro pequeño y vistosamente coloreado nativo de los bosques de sabana y bordes forestales alrededor del lago Victoria en Tanzania y Kenia. Su plumaje es verde con cabeza y garganta naranja vivo y pico rojo brillante. Forman fuertes vínculos de pareja, acicalándose mutuamente de manera constante, el comportamiento que les dio el nombre de «inseparables». Clasificado como Casi Amenazado debido a la captura intensiva para el comercio internacional de mascotas.
