El zorro rojo (Vulpes vulpes) es el carnivoro salvaje mas ampliamente distribuido de la Tierra. Ha colonizado habitats que van desde la tundra artica hasta entornos urbanos en todo el hemisferio norte y en zonas donde fue introducido en Australia.
