Un colibrí de tamaño mediano-grande de los bosques montanos andinos de Colombia a Bolivia, los incas collarejo tienen un plumaje negro y blanco llamativo con una ancha banda pectoral blanca y manchas caudales blancas distintivas visibles en vuelo. Habita bosques y bordes forestales a altitudes de 1.700-3.200 metros, se alimenta en diversas plantas con flor y es un importante polinizador de arbustos y árboles andinos de grandes flores. Sus contrastantes manchas caudales blancas centellean prominentemente durante el vuelo en suspensión, ayudando al reconocimiento de la especie.
Tigre
El felino mas grande del mundo, el tigre puede superar los 300 kg y habita bosques desde el Extremo Oriente ruso hasta el Sudeste Asiatico. Es un depredador solitario de emboscada con su caracteristico pelaje naranja y negro a rayas que proporciona camuflaje entre la luz filtrada. Esta en Peligro Critico, con menos de 4.000 individuos que quedan en estado silvestre debido a la caza furtiva y la deforestacion.
