Entyloma ficariae es un hongo carbón parásito de plantas del orden Entylomatales que infecta especies de Ficaria (celidonia menor) de la familia Ranunculaceae. Causa infecciones intracelulares en hojas, produciendo sorios llenos de esporas dentro del tejido hospedador sin emerger a la superficie. Los hongos carbón como esta especie son parásitos biotrofos obligados, completamente dependientes del tejido vivo de la planta hospedadora.
