Alexandrium minutum es un pequeño dinoflagelado marino acorazado conocido por producir saxitoxinas responsables del envenenamiento paralítico por mariscos. Habita aguas costeras y estuarinas de regiones oceánicas templadas y cálidas en todo el mundo. Este protista fotosintético puede formar floraciones de algas nocivas que provocan acumulación de toxinas en bivalvos filtradores.

Chita

El guepardo es el animal terrestre más rápido de la Tierra, alcanzando velocidades de 112 km/h en distancias cortas en las praderas de África e Irán.
