Widely distributed across Africa (Morocco), Asia (Cyprus, India, Japan), Europe (23 countries), North America (Canada, United States), Oceania and the Pacific (Australia), and South America (Brazil, Colombia).
Indian Ocean humpback dolphin
Inhabits temperate broadleaf and mixed forests and Mediterranean forests and woodlands within the Palearctic biogeographic realm. Populations are also found in montane and highland environments at higher elevations.
