Gray-headed Lovebird
The only lovebird species native to Madagascar, gray-headed lovebirds — also called Madagascar lovebirds — are among the most sexually dimorphic lovebirds, with males having pale grey heads and necks contrasting with bright green body plumage, while females are entirely green. They inhabit forest edges, scrub, and cultivated areas of Madagascar and have been introduced to some neighboring islands. Relatively little kept in captivity compared to African lovebirds.
