Paraburkholderia dipogonis es una bacteria gramnegativa de la familia Burkholderiaceae, aislada originalmente de nódulos radiculares de la leguminosa Dipogon lignosus. Forma simbiosis fijadoras de nitrógeno con su planta hospedadora y habita en suelos del área de distribución nativa e introducida de la planta. Su estado de conservación no ha sido evaluado.
